U.S. Delivers USD 7.2 mln Aid

The FINANCIAL -- According to Civil Georgia, C-17 military cargo plane, loaded with USD 7.2 million worth of U.S. aid, involving medicines and supplies, arrived in Tbilisi on October 30.

Medical supplies include blood-pressure medication, ophthalmologic drugs, antibiotics, pain relievers, multi-vitamins, first-aid supplies, and vital diagnostic instruments, according to the U.S. embassy in Georgia.

 

Dan Rosenblum, the U.S. state department coordinator for U.S. assistance to Europe and Eurasia leads the delegation onboard the C-17.
