Evgeny Fetisov appointed Finance Director at the Moscow Exchange

The FINANCIAL -- Evgeny Fetisov has been appointed Finance Director of the MOSCOW Exchange.

As MOSCOW Exchange said, in this position he will report directly to Alexander Afanasiev, the Chairman of the Executive Board. He has also been confirmed as a member of the Executive Board of the MOSCOW Exchange.

“The MOSCOW Exchange’s ambitious plans, higher level of its public transparency, enhancement of volumes and timely disclosure of information as well as a need for continuous and close investor relations provide new requirements and challenges for the Exchange’s finance division. The appointment of Evgeny Fetisov aims to help meet these challenges and strengthen both the team of the finance division and the MOSCOW Exchange in whole”, said Alexander Afanasiev, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the MOSCOW Exchange. He added that Vadim Subbotin, the Managing Director of Finance, will continue working in the finance division and the Exchange’s Executive Board.

Besides the financial issues Evgeny Fetisov will be in charge of Investor Relations at the Exchange. Evgeny will start his new job on February 04, 2013.
