The FINANCIAL -- Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann will travel to Paris next week to meet with French President Francois Hollande, with the eurozone crisis on the agenda of talks, the chancellery announced Wednesday.

As EUbusiness reported, during his visit, the Social Democrat Faymann will also meet with Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault.

Austria has repeatedly supported France in recent months, including on the need for a growth pact, which EU leaders finally adopted in June, as well as a financial transactions tax and bank reforms.
