Geocell presents a new trend in customer service with its new shop

The FINANCIAL -- December 3rd, 2012, Tbilisi   Geocell LLC, the leading mobile operator in Georgia, today presented its new service office based on Nordic retail concept, which is unprecedented in Eurasia.



This new type of office is part of all the innovations and world class customer dialogue and service, which is prioritized and empowered by the privilege of being part of a strong group and a leading European telecommunication company, TeliaSonera.

Finnish-Swedish TeliaSonera operates a strong emotional brand with pioneering spirit and efforts to bring the latest novelties to our customers for their comfort and wants to remain perceived that way. This means that our new retail concept will prove to showcase another differentiating and pioneering step in the telecoms retail landscape. The new Geocell retail shop is located on 77, Kostava street. Those who visit the new office, will be offered a special start package including: LaiLai SIM card, 1GEL airtime, 3000 SMS during three months and the tariff “1-10”. The price of the start package is 2 GEL. Besides this, Geocell will periodically present other special offers for its subscribers visiting the Nordic retail concept shop located on the above mentioned address.
