The FINANCIAL -- According to RIA Novosti, Russia's national development bank Vnesheconombank and Russian Technology Corporation could be transformed into joint-stock companies in 2010, presidential economic aide Arkady Dvorkovich said on November 12.

The FINANCIAL -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the world's biggest retailer, reported third-quarter profit rose 3.2 percent that beat analysts' estimates. The company issued fourth-quarter and full-year guidance.
