The FINANCIAL -- Bosch has signed a contract to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Belgium's Servico N.V. from Kendrion N.V. based in Zeist/Netherlands. The international business of Bosch's Thermotechnology Division will be strengthened through this acquisition of the Belgian distribution partner for the Junkers brand. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The FINANCIAL -- Lian-Li Industrial Co. Ltd has launched two top panel radiator kits called the T-7024W and T-7022W. Both are suitable for the PC-A70 / PC-A7010 chassis only. The kits include a copper radiator mounted into the underside of the top panel with open vents to allow the internal fans to exhaust the heat.
