The FINANCIAL -- The JAL Group (JAL) announced on November 13, its consolidated financial results for the first half of FY2009 - the period of April 1, to September 30, 2009.

The FINANCIAL -- Hotel Indigo opened 13 hotels and signed 14 deals globally in the first nine months of 2009, as reported in IHG’s 3rd quarter earnings, demonstrating its success with both developers and consumers in spite of the economic downturn.

The FINANCIAL -- IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) [LON: IHG; NYSE: IHG (ADRs)], the world’s largest hotel group by number of rooms on November 12 announced that the 250th Candlewood Suites hotel opened in Kalamazoo, Mich., on Oct. 26, 2009. 

The FINANCIAL -- SAS credit rating was on November 12 downgraded by one step from B3 to Caa1 for the company's long term rating. The outlook is negative reflecting the industry's negative trend.
