Tymoshenko vows to curb inflation in 5-6 months

The FINANCIAL -- PM of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko vows to curb the galloping inflation in 5-6 months.

She claimed this in the course of “An hour of questions to the Government” in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine .


“Today we, step by step, are fulfilling our promises, and, I’m confident that in 5-6 months Ukraine will forget what is inflation”, Yulia Tymoshenko said.


According to the Prime Minister, the government is fighting with the galloping inflation, inherited from the previous government.


“But one cannot turn off the inflation as light. We should overcome the consequences, connected with certain policy, as well as with certain problems in the monetary sector”, she said.
