Bank of America Merrill Lynch Names Lynch as Managing Director of Americas Industrials Investment Ba

The FINANCIAL -- Bank of America Merrill Lynch on November 4 announced that Randall Lynch has joined the firm as managing director within Americas industrials investment banking.

Lynch is based in New York and reports to John Pratt, managing director and head of Global Diversified Industries corporate and investment banking.

 

“Randy’s strong track record in M&A and expertise in industrials create the right mix of strengths to effectively serve the diverse and complex needs of our clients,” said Pratt. “With the skills that Randy brings, as well as the caliber of talent within our existing team, clients from around the globe will continue to turn to us as a leader in providing world-class investment banking solutions and capabilities.”

 

Lynch joins Bank of America Merrill Lynch from American International Group where he spent the last year leading the restructuring and divestiture process of several of the firm’s business units. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley as a managing director providing strategic advisory services to and leading complex financing for corporations in the aerospace and defense sectors, and was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers. Lynch began his career at Raymond James & Associates as a financial analyst.

 

Lynch received a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 1992 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago in 1996.

The FINANCIAL -- According to Civil Georgia, the ruling party has already compromised on number of key electoral issues, including on rule of electing Tbilisi mayor and now expects the Alliance for Georgia to reciprocate and agree on 30% threshold for electing the capital city’s mayor, a senior ruling party lawmaker said on November 20.
