Bank Constanta Opens New Branch in Terjola

The FINANCIAL -- Bank Constanta has opened a new branch in Terjola, in the Imereti region, located at 82 Rustaveli.

The new branch meets the new concept of Bank Constanta to provide maximum comfort and to create a cosy and friendly atmosphere for customers.

Bank Constanta is going to unveil four new branches in the capital city and regions from May 25 to May 30. The growing demand for Bank Constanta services has led the management to open new branches in Imereti, Kvemo Kartli regions and Tbilisi .

“Network development is an inevitable process. By the end of this year we plan to open several new branches and to renovate the old ones,” said Levan Lebanidze, the General Director of Bank Constanta. “This process does not only mean increasing the number of the Bank’s branches. We have developed a completely new conceptual structure. All the branches of Bank Constanta will have the same structure where customers will receive the highest quality of financial service. We hope that the new branch will support Terjola as well as Imereti residents to develop their businesses,” he added.

It is possible to obtain full banking service in Bank Constanta’s branches in both credit and operational areas. Customers will be offered the options of utilization, service reports, using deposits, remittances and utility payments. All these services will be provided in the freshly designed and comfortable branches of Bank Constanta.

At present three branches operate in the Imereti region - in Kutaisi, Zestaponi and Samtredia. Bank Constanta officials claim that in terms of business development, the Imereti region is very promising. This is proved by the constantly-growing number of Bank Constanta’s customers and loan portfolio.

Because of the market demand, four new branches have already opened, in Rustavi, Tsnori, Bolnisi and Gardabani respectively. After opening its new branch in Terjola, Bank Constanta plans to open additional branches in Tbilisi and Tsalka.

Bank Constanta plans to unveil eleven new branches throughout Georgia by 2013.

The Bank set plans for 2012 including increasing its market share in such areas as deposits, credits and operations; Active development of new products; Intensive expansion of the network of outlets and ATMs; Improving the quality of service and increasing the role of corporate social responsibility.

Bank Constanta joined the ranks of Georgian commercial banks in 2008, thereby becoming the first microfinance institution to transform into a bank. The company now provides full banking services to small and medium businesses with its thirty outlets across Georgia. At present Bank Constanta serves over 32,000 customers across Georgia. Its credit portfolio exceeds 118 million GEL.
