The FINANCIAL -- Company Tegeta Motors initiated a special contest for students - “Start Your Career Successfully”. Students of faculties of business and auto-engineering from preliminarily selected universities are given the chance to become members of one of the leading teams.

Students taking part in the project will be able to show their own talent, knowledge, skills and ability to work hard, present new ideas, go through a two-month paid internship in Tegeta Motors and, what’s most important, get employed in the strategic development projects of the company.

Students winning in the project will be revealed according to several stages: the first stage envisages fulfilling the project task which interested students should send by July 08, 2012 at the following e-mail address:  This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it The letter should be accompanied by the resume and a letter of motivation.

An open day as well as the meeting with top management will be organized for best project authors at the head office of Tegeta Motors where project participants will be given an opportunity to get acquainted with the specificity of company activities and share many-year best practices.

The next stages will be dedicated to detailed processing of projects and individual interviews with the company management.                   

The award ceremony will be organized at the end of July where winning students will be identified. 
Main conditions of the competition 3rd and 4th-year students of business and engineering faculties of the following universities are taking part in the project: Free University, Caucasus University, Black Sea International University, Georgian-American University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University  , Georgian Technical University, University of Georgia, Ilia State University.

You should select one of the three given topics and prepare a thesis: Analysis of automobile market of Georgia, Innovative business idea which will promote further development of automobile business in Georgia,  Main tendencies in the modern world automobile industry.
