Gazprom identifies special-purpose company for developing Russian NGV market

The FINANCIAL -- Gazprom has identified Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo as the company that will consolidate the Group's assets related to the NGV fuel production and sales.

As Gazprom reported, the main business lines of the new company include devising and implementing the marketing programs aimed at developing the CNG filling stations network in Russia as well as expanding the range of customers that use natural gas vehicles and equipment, including in agriculture, river and rail transport sectors.

Sergey Fursenko was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo and Viktor Zubkov – as Chairman of the Management Committee and Director General: he will combine this job with his activity as Chairman of the Gazprom Board of Directors.
