Rezidor announces the Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh Al Sahafa, Saudi Arabia

The FINANCIAL -- Rezidor, one of the fastest growing hotel companies worldwide and a member of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, announces the Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh Al Sahafa.

The property featuring 170 keys is Rezidor’s 12th hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and scheduled to open in 2014. 

 

“Saudi Arabia is a key focus market for our future development in the Middle East. The country continuous to experience strong economic growth, and the capital city Riyadh is an important and promising market for us”, said Kurt Ritter, President & CEO of Rezidor.

The Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh Al Sahafa will offer 170 rooms, studios and apartments. The project is designed to accommodate demand for serviced apartments in addition to the traditional hotel clientele. The hotel and residences will share one restaurant, one lobby-lounge, a fitness centre and 100sqm of meeting space.

 

According to the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, the property has an ideal location in Riyadh’s Al Sahafa District, the main commercial centre of the capital. It will also be 3km away from the upcoming King Abdullah Financial District, and only 19km away from the International Airport .

Park Inn by Radisson is Rezidor’s young and dynamic mid-market brand. It was launched in 2003 and counts today more than 150 hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Park Inn by Radisson offers a comfortable, hassle-free stay, great food&beverage options and meeting facilities, and personalized services. Future Park Inn by Radisson hotels in the Middle East include properties in Jeddah, Makkah, and Dubai.
