Zillow Adds 45,000 For-Sale-By-Owner Listings to the Most Comprehensive Web and Mobile Real Estate

The FINANCIAL -- SEATTLE, Oct. 13, 2011 -- Zillow, the leading real estate information marketplace, today announced the addition of 45,000 for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) listings to its database of millions of existing FSBO, for-sale-by-agent and rental listings.

Zillow offers web and mobile home shoppers the most comprehensive and searchable selection of real estate listings together on one map: for-sale-by-agent, for-sale-by-owner, for-rent, foreclosures, new construction and vacant land.

Free Marketing Resources for Home Sellers

Additionally, home sellers now can market their FSBO listing across the web by using Postlets®, a Zillow company. Postlets allows home sellers, real estate agents and landlords to create one listing and distribute it to Zillow's more than 24 million monthly unique web and mobile users(i), as well as 13 other sites including craigslist® and Yahoo !® Real Estate.
