The FINANCIAL -- Searcys has been
named as sole catering partner at 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, the home
of the British Academy, following the completion of a two-year
multimillion-pound refurbishment.
The high-end caterer saw off competition from four other operators to clinch the three-year deal, which industry insiders estimate to be worth in the region of £900,000 a year.
Searcys will work alongside its client to grow the business, as well as create new menus for breakfast and lunch meetings, canapés, dinners and events. According to Caterer and Hotelkeeper, menus will be seasonal and where possible ingredients will be locally sourced.
