The FINANCIAL — Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel with its USD 100,000,000 project cost had already booked 10% of its rooms before the opening ceremony last week.
According to Natalia Luchaninova, PR and Marketing Coordinator of Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel, the first week in the hotel will be dedicated to Georgia and Radisson SAS will offer some promotional prices to its visitors. Information about the first guest in the hotel is confidential, which hotel officials won’t publicize.
“The price for a double room will be USD 240, which includes breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant Filini, dinner on the terrace as well cocktails and dessert in the Surfaca lounge bar in the evening,” Luchaninova says.
Tbilisi’s most visible hotel, the brand new Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel, is in a hilly part of the city centre; it rises 18 floors above the Mtkvari River and offers magnificent views of the city and the river.

The cost of a standard room in the hotel is USD 280 without breakfast and VAT 18%. According to Radisson officials, these rates are promotional for the year 2009 and they offer Super breakfast Buffet for USD 20 (excl VAT) to their guests.
