The FINANCIAL — 67.2% of voters have cast their votes for incumbent Donetsk mayor Oleksandr Lukianchenko (the Party of Regions) in the election to Donetsk mayor, according to the exit-poll carried out by GfK Ukraine on request of the Yedynyi Tsentr party.
The Yedynyi Tsentr party disclosed this at a press-conference.
The second is candidate for Donetsk mayor from the Yedynyi Tsentr party Andrii Ambrosenok, 4.7%.
13% of voters have supported none of the candidates.
The maximum error is 4.4%.
As Ukrainian News reported, Voroshylivskyi district court of Donetsk ruled to arrest Andrii Ambrosenok, candidate for Donetsk mayor from the Yedynyi Tsentr party, on October 25 till October 26.
He is suspected of illegal property takeover.
The panel of the Yedynyi Tsentr Party leaders believes Ambrosenok's arrest was caused by attempts of the governing authorities to hamstring rivals with elections coming ahead.
Andrii Ambrosenok was detained on November 22.
Ukraine elected deputies of the Supreme Council of Crimea, local councils, and heads of city, settlement and village councils from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on October 31.
