The FINANCIAL — Georgian First Deputy Foreign Minister David Dondua held a farewell party for Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Brazil to Georgia H.E. Carlos Alberto Lopes Asfora in connection with the completion of his term of office in Georgia.
David Dondua thanked the Ambassador for contribution he has made to the enhancement of Brazilian-Georgian bilateral relations and handed him a memorial gift, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
The farewell evening was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to Georgia. Carlos Alberto Lopes Asfora has been carrying out his activities in Georgia since 2012. Â Cicero Martins Garcia will be appointed a new Ambassador in Tbilisi.
