In this role, Etman will be responsible for expanding Accenture’s cybersecurity services to protect its clients’ entire value chains, and help clients prepare, protect, detect, respond and recover along all points of the security lifecycle.
“We are pleased that Ahmed Etman has joined our leadership team to help our clients build resilience from the inside out, so they can operate and grow confidently in a rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape,” said Bill Morris, senior managing director and Canada president of Accenture. “At Accenture, we have the global presence, commitment to innovation, unmatched industry know-how, and the business strategy acumen to solve security challenges for our clients – combined with the expertise to operate what we implement for our clients, at speed and at global scale.”

He will work with clients and security ecosystem partners at the executive level to deliver services that result in business-driven, risk focused security strategies, operating models and compliance plans that are aligned with their unique business needs, according to Accenture.
“In today’s marketplace, cybersecurity is critical to any business, and I am excited for the opportunity to help our clients create and run leading edge security strategies aligned specifically to their industry and unique business goals, together with Accenture Security’s team of about 5000 professionals,” said Etman. “Now, more than ever, organizations must be proactive in addressing cyber risks, and I look forward to helping our clients tackle these challenges putting in place strategies and technologies that result in effective security capabilities.”
