The FINANCIAL — Accenture Federal Services has expanded its implementation partnership agreement with MicroPact Inc., providing U.S. federal agencies with additional choices in case management solutions.
Under the partnership, Accenture Federal Services will continue to use MicroPact’s entellitrak development platform to provide case management and process management solutions to health, civilian agency and financial programs managed for federal clients, according to Accenture.
ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, has been working with MicroPact for more than five years, delivering innovative solutions to improve and transform the efficiency of various government case management programs.
“We look forward to continuing this track record for federal clients using the entellitrak® solution. “Together with MicroPact, we offer a powerful integrated business and technology solution that will help agencies enhance performance and service to citizens,” said Vanessa Godshalk, who leads Accenture’s work with the U.S. Department of Treasury.
MicroPact is a global leader in DataFirstTM Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions.
