The FINANCIAL — Accenture has been named a Salesforce Implementation Partner Leader in Forrester Research Inc.’s recent report “The Forrester Wave: Salesforce.com Implementation Partners, Q2 2015.”
This is the second time in which Accenture has been positioned as a leader in Forrester’s evaluation of Salesforce Implementation Partners. In this report, Accenture received the top score in the current offering category, according to Accenture.
Forrester cited “Accenture remains [among] the top dogs in this space, as they were when last evaluated two years ago. They have built on their already-strong Salesforce experience to invest in new and emerging areas – such as industry solutions.” The report also states that “with deep business consulting and industry skills around the world, Accenture is a good choice for larger, international firms that need the skills of a seasoned veteran.”
“We are proud to be recognized by Forrester as a Leader in Salesforce implementation for the second time, and are especially thrilled to have received the highest client satisfaction scores of any of the companies in the report,” said Saideep Raj, managing director, and global Emerging Platforms and Software-as-a-Service lead at Accenture. “We believe this indicates satisfaction with our ability to provide highly relevant industry solutions that deliver strong, measurable business value.”
Accenture was among a select group of thirteen companies that Forrester invited to participate in the report. To be included in the report, each vendor had to demonstrate interest from the Forrester client base; a track record in larger, complex, transformational Salesforce-based projects; and scale in terms of revenue and practitioners. The vendor rankings are based on a “comprehensive set of evaluation criteria” including past research, user need assessments, and vendor and expert interviews, measuring companies across three categories – current offering, strategy and market presence.
Accenture has more than 6,000 skilled personnel, over 2,700 certified, six Fullforce Master Certifications and five Fullforce industry solutions.
