The FINANCIAL — Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been named a leader in outsourced testing services in the Ovum Decision Matrix: Selecting an Outsourced Testing Service Provider, 2014–15.
According to the Ovum report, “Accenture added a strong narrative on evolving toward predictive testing underpinned by expansive analytics capabilities, and the provider has built out strong industrialized vertical capabilities.”

Accenture received high scores for its ability to integrate methodologies such as agile and DevOps within outsourcing arrangements; as well as for geographical and vertical penetration. The report states, “Accenture’s vision is to evolve more predictive and intelligent approaches based on analytics and coverage of the entire emerging digital spectrum”, according to Accenture.
The Ovum Decision Matrix: Selecting an Outsourced Testing Service Provider, 2014–15 report compares the top 14 service providers for testing services globally. In this analysis, Ovum assesses overall strategy and offering across a set of criteria and categorizes each vendor into one of three groups: Market Leaders, Market Challengers, and Market Followers. This is the first Ovum Decision Matrix for outsourced testing.
