The FINANCIAL – According to RIA Novosti, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on November 15 that the Mideast peace conference to be held in the United States next week would have no benefits, Iranian television reported.
The conference, to be held in Annapolis, U.S., on November 27, will seek to make progress on the issue of Palestinian statehood. About 50 nations and organizations are expected to attend the forum.
According to Ahmadinejad, the conference would bring no benefits for the oppressed Palestinian nation and was only meant to support the Zionist occupiers.
