The FINANCIAL — At the 9th edition of the Anàhuac-Al Ries National Marketing Awards in Mexico, Air France was named "brand of the year" in the air transport category.
As Air France reported, this award recognizes brands that distinguished themselves throughout the year 2011, with their dynamic attitude and their customer relations. It is awarded by a jury of recognized experts and professors from Anàhuac University and is based on studies by the company Millward Brown in Mexico.
To carry out their studies, the company Millward Brown uses the Brand Dynamics method which measures brand equity and consumer behavior regarding the brand (loyalty, reputation, proximity, assets related to the brand, etc.).
