The FINANCIAL — The Latvian airline airBaltic has announced plans to continue operating flights from Riga to Malaga, Madrid and Lisbon also during the winter season, which will begin in late October.
Wolfgang Reuss, Senior Vice President Network Management of airBaltic: “We introduced direct flights to Malaga and Lisbon only this spring, however, the passenger demand for these routes has already been high, making it viable for us to fly to these cities year-round. With the addition of the three routes as well as return of flights to Abu Dhabi, this winter we will continue to offer the best connectivity to and from the Baltics.”
