airberlin AGM: directors re-elected for another term

The FINANCIAL — The Air Berlin PLC Annual General Meeting approved the 2014 annual accounts in London on June 23.

At the same time, five Members of the German airline’s Board of Directors were elected for a further three-year term, and all other scheduled resolutions upheld, according to Air Berlin.

The following Board Members were re-elected by the shareholders:

James Hogan, Member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 24th January 2012
Stefan Pichler, Member of the Board of Directors and CEO of the airberlin group since 9th February 2015
James Rigney, Member of the Board of Directors since 24th January 2012
Ali Ismail Sabanci, Member of the Board of Directors since 18th May 2009
Dr Alfred Tacke, Member of the Board of Directors since 2nd March 2015
