The FINANCIAL — All Nippon Airways (ANA) announced it will introduce new and enhanced international products and services in conjunction with the opening of the new International Terminal and expansion of its network at Haneda this October.
ANA’s valued customers can look forward to a new and sophisticated travel experience this fall.
ANA International Departures
Passengers on international flights using Haneda will not only be benefited from its convenient location but also from the advantageous connections of ANA’s extensive domestic network. In addition, ANA will extend the closing time for international check-in from the current 45 minutes to 40 minutes prior to departure. Together with the check-in kiosks installed in the Departures lobby and ANA’s off-airport online CLICK check-in, flying overseas with ANA will become even more convenient.
New Services in Lounges
We will invite ANA Diamond Service members to the exclusive ANA SUITE LOUNGE, featuring an elegant décor that invites our most prestigious passengers to unwind in style while protecting each of our customers’ privacy.
Moreover a dining space will be set up in the lounge to serve dinner menus from 7:30 every evening, in addition to our usual refreshments, light meals and snacks. To meet the needs of business travelers, the lounge is fully equipped with wireless internet access, and iPad will be available upon requests. The lounge also provides shower facilities and amenities, allowing passengers on late-night flights to relax and make the most of their time before departure in a comfortable environment. iPad is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.
ANA Platinum Service members, ANA Super Flyers Card members and Business Class passengers may relax in the new ANA LOUNGE. This lounge combines a relaxing and stylish décor with a wide range of sophisticated services similar to those provided in the ANA SUITE LOUNGE. The refreshments service corner at ANA LOUNGE offers snacks, alcoholic beverages as well as soft drinks, and the dining space serves hot meal menus every evening. Also this lounge is fully equipped with wireless internet access and shower facilities and amenities.
Upon arrival, passengers may enjoy refreshments and snacks and take advantage of the shower and business facilities at our ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE. Here they can freshen up and restore energy before the beginning of the day. Business travelers will find the lounge particularly appealing as the business areas are equipped with PCs and provide fully wireless internet access, enabling them to organize their business trip and communicate with their office.
