The FINANCIAL — According to the J.D. Power 2015 Wireless Purchase Experience Full-Service Performance StudySM Volume 2, released on August 13, AT&T outscored other full-service wireless providers for the overall ranking of “Highest Satisfaction with the Purchase Experience among Full Service Wireless Providers, Five Times in a Row.”
AT&T scored highest in four of the six categories evaluated: Store Sales Representative, Website, Offerings and Promotions, and Phone Sales Representative.
Over 12,700 U.S. wireless customers participated in the study and the fielding period ranged from January to June 2015, according to AT&T.
“We work hard to offer our customers the best wireless experience in the industry, but there’s nothing more important than taking care of your customer on a one-on-one level,” said Glenn Lurie, president and CEO, AT&T Mobility. “This award recognizes our amazing people and the truly extraordinary work they do every day to make it personal for our customers.”
This is the fifth consecutive time AT&T has earned the award. It is presented twice each year.
