The FINANCIAL — Prime Minister Mykola Azarov is convinced of availability of conditions for stimulation of construction activities, he said at Inter TV channel on January 23.
"We have almost everything for this. For instance, the Tax Code was endorsed for this, which makes much easier allocation of resources to enterprises for capital construction, this means all those means enterprises will assign on upgrades, modernisation, on innovations, creation of jobs, on clean production, they are relieved from income taxation. This is a very serious impetus. Secondly, taxes are cut down in principle," Azarov said.
He stressed, adoption of the law "On deregulation in the construction sector" substantially simplifies procedures of obtaining construction permits.
As to the prime minister, permissive procedures will take two months, moreover, none will be required for many types of facilities, so a great portion of the construction sector is released from under the bureaucracy wardship.
Azarov notes, the government relies on the deregulation law to eliminate the corruption element, and also to gear up and drive the construction industry from the crisis it plunged into in 2008 and 2009.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Verkhovna Rada on January 13 simplified the procedure of obtaining construction permits.
