The FINANCIAL — Bank of America on December 14 celebrated the grand opening of its new Hayward financial center located at 1253 A Street.
Much more than a bank branch, the new financial center is a destination for clients to connect to all of Bank of America’s financial services, personalized solutions and expertise needed to help them with their financial decisions.
Specifically, the financial center features a new layout design and a host of new finishes, such as a digital demonstration counter with iPads showcasing mobile and online banking capabilities, new waiting area amenities, and private offices for providing financial advice to clients, according to Bank of America.
“We’re expanding access to Bank of America services and making it easier for clients in Hayward to get expert advice for all their financial needs,” said Thong Nguyen, president of Bank of America’s Retail Banking business and San Francisco – East Bay market president. “We look forward to engaging with clients in our new space and welcome anyone to stop by and learn more about what we offer.”
Bank of America serves more than one million households in the San Francisco – East Bay region through its network of 116 financial centers and more than 480 ATMs.
The full complement of specialists will be housed onsite to provide advice to customers, including a Merrill Edge financial solutions advisor (FSA), mortgage loan officer and a small business banker.
Additional services featured at the Stanford financial center include:
Everyday banking, including checking and savings account services and credit cards.
Full suite of lending services for home loans, home equity and auto loans.
Merrill Edge retirement and investment services.
Small business banking.
A dedicated financial learning space with interactive tools for clients to explore Bank of America products and view demonstrations with digital ambassadors available to answer questions and assist with mobile and digital banking needs.
Two walk-up and three drive-up cardless ATMs.
The Hayward financial center’s hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
