The FINANCIAL — Barclays announced that it has completed a panel review of the legal firms used by the Group outside the United Kingdom and the United States.
According to Barclays Bank, the Barclays Rest of World Legal Panels comprise a number of country panels which service Barclays global business and strategic legal needs.
Barclays Deputy General Counsel Michael Shaw said: “We are pleased to announce the conclusion of our review of legal suppliers outside the UK and US, a process which will ensure we have the right choice of panel firms to meet our diverse needs, deliver excellent value and provide good governance for our legal work in those jurisdictions. We are grateful to all those involved for their invaluable contributions to achieving this outcome.”
