The FINANCIAL — Barclays Corporate continues to grow its presence in Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) with the appointment of Jason Clinton as Business Development Director, one of several key hires within the team in recent weeks.
In the role, Clinton will focus on generating new business through deal origination while further deepening existing client relationships and strengthening key business introducer networks. He will be based in London with responsibility for supporting the full range of NBFI coverage teams, including insurance, funds, brokers and global development organisations.
Clinton joins from National Australia Bank, where for the past five years he held the role of Director, International Payment Solutions, Europe. In the London-based role, Clinton was responsible for marketing and account management of Australian and New Zealand dollar international payment solutions to European financial institutions.
Prior to this Clinton held senior Financial Institutions roles at National Australia Bank and Bank of New Zealand.
