The FINANCIAL — As of July 30, 2011, Belarusian agricultural enterprises harvested grains and leguminous crops throughout the areas of 793.7 thsd ha, which totaled 32.8% of the harvesting areas, informed the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
As of the reporting date, agrarians produced 2.635 mln tonnes of new crop grains, the average yield in the country totaled 33.2 c/ha.
Belarus harvested malting barley throughout 23.3 thsd ha (20.6% of the plan), and produced 79.6 thsd tonnes of the grain with the average yield of 33 c/ha.
Agrarians harvested winter rapeseed throughout 212.3 thsd ha, or 85.2% of the harvesting areas, and produced 341.6 thsd tonnes with the average yield of 16.1 c/ha. Belarus harvested flaxseed throughout 19.3 thsd ha (28.5%).
