The FINANCIAL — According to operative data as of September 29, agricultural organizations of Belarus planted winter grains throughout 1.107 mln ha (89.6% of the plan), declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus. But on the same date in 2014, agrarians planted winter crops throughout 1.257 mln ha (102.3%).

Also, agrarians harvested corn grain throughout 9.9 thsd ha (10.8% of the planned areas), and produced 51 thsd tonnes of the grain, with the average yield of 5.14 t/ha. But last year, Belarus harvested 179 thsd tonnes of the grain throughout 24.7 thsd ha (18.7%). The average yield totaled 7.26 t/ha, according to APK-Inform.
