The FINANCIAL — According to RIA Novosti, Canada's Alexandre Bilodeau brought his country the first Olympic gold winning in Freestyle Skiing men's moguls, just a day after his countrywoman won silver in women's moguls.
The judges scored Bilodeau 26.75 in the finals at the scenic Cypress Mountain, while Australia's Dale Begg-Smith secured 26.58 points to take the silver. Bryon Wilson packed the bronze with 26.08 points for his performance.
A day earlier, Canada's Jennifer Heil hit the track of the Cypress Mountain in Freestyle Moguls and won the silver in women's competition.
