The FINANCIAL — It’s time once again to Pig Out at BOURBON STEAK at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC.
The modern American restaurant will host its second annual pig roast event on its spacious patio on Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 12:00 to 3:00 pm.
Priced at USD 35.00 per person for food or USD 50.00 inclusive of food and drink, guests at this year’s pork-centric party will once again enjoy a 300-lb spit-roasted pig from Eco-Friendly Foods among other show-stopping offerings from Executive Chef Adam Sobel and his team. Grilled housemade bratwursts, sausages and BBQ ribs, as well as cornbread, coleslaw and baked beans will all be on the menu. The roast will also feature a BOURBON STEAK Taco Stand dishing out street food favourites including chicarrones, carnitas, cabeza and barbacoa.
The pork lover’s dream continues into dessert with Pastry Chef Brenton Balika churning out fresh made ice cream and assorted seasonal pies sprinkled with pork-filled garnishes.
BOURBON STEAK is partnering with DC Brau, the DC-based brewing company, to provide the perfect pork-pairing beers for the event. The restaurant will also have special non-alcoholic punches available throughout the day for all guests.
