The FINANCIAL — By 2019, PJSC State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine plans to increase grain exports to 5.17 mln tonnes per year, as opposed to 2.85 mln tonnes in 2015, flour exports – 280 thsd tonnes, against 32 thsd tonnes, declared the Deputy Chairman of the Board, Andriy Repko on March 22.
According to him, in 2016 PJSC SFGCU plans to export 3.5 mln tonnes of grains and 60 thsd tonnes of flour. A.Repko noted that such shipments on foreign markets will provide the Corporation share to 14% in the export structure of Ukrainian flour.
At the same time, PJSC SFGCU plans to increase its own production of flour by 6% in 2016 – to 300 thsd tonnes, and in 2019 – up 42% compared with 2015, to 400 thsd tonnes.
Also, in 2016 PJSC SFGCU will increase the volume of grain receiving for storage by 50% compared with 2015 – to 3.2 mln tonnes, and in 2019 – up 2.6 times, to 5.5 mln tonnes.
For accomplishment of setted plans, the Corporation plans to invest 25 mln USD in reconstruction and modernization of grain terminals, 130 mln USD in reconstruction of linear elevators, 130 mln USD in construction of the deep-sea port elevator, and 165 mln USD in foundation of the logistics unit.
