The FINANCIAL — The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed 54-year-old Volodymyr Ovchar the first deputy chairman of the State Inspection for Farm Produce Quality and Monitoring of Farm Produce Market.
Ukrainian News learned this from governmental resolution No.374 dated April 8.
Volodymyr Ovchar has been the deputy board chairman at the Khlib Ukrainy state-run joint stock company.
From March 2005 through June 2005, Ovchar was acting board chairman at Khlib Ukrainy.
From July 2005 through September 2006, Ovchar was the director general of the Agrarian Fund.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers on April 8, 2009, dismissed Volodymyr Ovchar from the post of the deputy board chairman at the Khlib Ukrainy state-run joint stock company.
