The FINANCIAL — Wine Institute’s California Wine Export Program annual seminar, “California Wines on the World Stage,” will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015 at the former Copia facility in Napa, according to Wine Institute.
The program is a full-day format featuring a general session in the morning with keynote speaker Lynn Carpenter, Vice President of Marketing for Visit California, which features the state’s wine and food as a key asset in their promotion of California as an iconic and aspirational destination to visitors across the globe. A vintner panel will then discuss the best wine export market opportunities for 2015. Afternoon break-out sessions will be with Wine Institute’s in-country international representatives.
This seminar is for new-to-exporting wineries as well as established exporters. Vintners, grapegrowers, brokers and export-minded business people are invited to attend, according to Wine Institute.
