The FINANCIAL — According to Georgian news agency "Pirveli", court of France schedule to discuss mediate of France advocates of Georgia ` s former Defance Minister Irakli Okruashvili concerning his releasing on January 30.
As Okruashvili` s advocate Eka Beselia told Pirveli, French advocates will present the court document on Okruashvili` s innocence.
“On January 30, French advocates will rise mediation on Okruashvili ` s release. But the issue to be under my defendant, concerning the requirement of his extradition is planed to be discussed on February 27, but defance side will attempt the issue to be discussed following his releasing” –Eka Beselia told Pirveli.
“We hope French advocates will satisfy mediate on Okruashvili` s releasing in short terms and he will receive political refugee status” –the advocate said.
She says that Okruashvili is staying under defance of French advocates. “We are unable to arrive in Paris for present, but I ` ll obligatory depart there for second trail” –Beselia said. She noticed, Okruashvili is defeated by high- salaried French advocate for now.
Remark: Former Defance Minister of Georgia Irakli Okruashvili was detained on January 25, 2007 at one of hotels of Berlin, on the bases Georgian side demand. But was transmitted to France on early January.
