The FINANCIAL — CEO of Raiffeisen Bank Aval VoVolodymyr Lavrenchuk, Chairman of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, won the first position in the rating of Ukrainian bankers as the most open top manager for communications with journalists and customers, according to Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
The rating results were published in the first 2014 issue of the Investgazeta edition. Top managers of 20 largest banks of Ukraine took part in the rating. The rating winners were determined according to a summary scoring of estimates in the following categories: “Activity in social networks”, “Possibility to address a top manager directly through a social network”, “Providing comments by a press service”, “Journalist estimate” and “Media activity”.
“In my vision of effective management, including that in a banking sphere, publicity is an obligatory component. For any company, especially that serving a great number of clients, a trust level and predictability are the most important arguments for cooperation. And this predictability is greatly formed and confirmed by the bank’s communications with customers. Such communications should be made by top managers of a company, and that is also true for banks”, Volodymyr Lavrenchuk ssaid in his interview with Investgazeta on the occasion of his winning the rating.
