The FINANCIAL — NEW YORK — Chase, the No. 2 Correspondent Lender in the country, is expanding its business by dedicating four seasoned account executives to focus solely on sourcing new correspondent relationships, according to JPMorgan Chase & Co.
“As part of our ongoing effort to enhance the customer and client experience from start to finish, we are implementing dedicated, single-point-of-contact teams to set the tone for new relationships upfront,” said Greg Beliles, SVP of Chase Correspondent and Rural Housing. “With an ever-developing mortgage market and complex regulatory environment, we believe this will lead to stronger relationships with new lenders,” he added.
The newly designated account executives are set to generate correspondent relationships across the country:
Emil Emanuel – South Division
Ryan Freas – West Division
Scott Holtz – Central Division
Cathy Solomon – North Division
In addition to this nationwide coverage, Chase stays competitive with its pricing, affordable lending program, warehouse lending and diverse products-including conventional, governmental and non-agency offerings. A dedicated operations team handles Correspondent Lending accounts, according to JPMorgan Chase & Co.
“At Chase, we are dedicated to providing our correspondent lenders with solutions to address the needs of today’s homebuyers and offering the resources to support them through the process,” said Terry Lindsey, Chase Correspondent National Sales Manager. “The changes we’re announcing today are about building long-term relationships on a solid foundation,” Lindsey added.
