The FINANCIAL — The Sheraton Metekhi Palace Hotel is offering delicious chocolate dishes from 15 November. Guests will be able to taste the best chocolate in Tbilisi prepared according to the “secret” recipe of the Austrian Chef of the Sheraton.
“The Sheraton Metekhi Palace Chef together with the Batumi Sheraton Chef made a chocolate menu, which will be available from 15-30 November at the Narikala restaurant of the Sheraton and the hotel’s lobby bar. The dishes are really delicious and tasty, everyone will be very content,” said Nino Isakadze, PR Manager of Sheraton Metekhi Palace.
“The cold winter season is coming so we decided to offer a delicious hot chocolate menu to our customers,” Isakadze said.
“We offer hot chocolate flavoured with cointreau, a New York chocolate orange cheese cake, fondant au chocolate with a warm berry & orange confit, white chocolate tiramisu enhanced with a walnut sauce and many other dishes,” Isakadze said.
“My favourite cake is the Opera cake,” said Austrian Chef of the Sheraton Metekhi Hotel.
“Guests who have tasted our chocolate had only positive comments to make. Many of them are surprised by our strange dishes like the combination of meat and chocolate on one plate,” said the Austrian Chef.
According to Isakadze, for two weeks clients will have the opportunity to come to the hotel and taste delicious desserts.

Milk chocolate shake with Florentine stick and chili flakes – 8 GEL
Opera cake with mulled wine ice cream and lemon yoghurt fool – 12 GEL
Sacher Cake with vanilla foam and peppercorn sherbet – 12 GEL
New York Chocolate Orange Cheese Cake – 12 GEL
Warm Chocolate Cottage Cheese Dumplings in crunchy hazelnut coat set in a cardamom perfumed white chocolate sauce – 11 GEL
Fondant au chocolate with a warm berry and orange confit – 12 GEL
White Chocolate Tiramisu enhanced with a walnut sauce – 12 GEL
Chocolate pear crumble tart with pomegranate ice cream – 10 GEL
