The FINANCIAL — According to Civil Georgia, Thomas Hammarberg, the Council of Europe's commissioner for human rights, is paying a week-long visit to Georgia as part of his mission to monitor human right and humanitarian principles in the areas affected by the August war.
During his visit he will travel to breakaway Abkhazia and visit Sokhumi, Gali and upper Kodori Gorge there.
