Conagra Brands Names DeLu Jackson Vice President Of Precision Marketing

The FINANCIAL — Conagra Brands, Inc. announced consumer packaged goods marketing veteran DeLu Jackson has joined the company as vice president of precision marketing, a newly created role reporting to Darren Serrao, chief growth officer.

As vice president of precision marketing, Jackson will lead the marketing transformation and demand acceleration through increased data intelligence, agility, always-on content and dynamic measurement, according to Conagra Brands.

“DeLu has achieved incredible results as an integrated marketing leader and he will play a vital role in transforming our marketing function so that our brands are reaching consumers in the ways their connectivity and lifestyles dictate,” said Darren Serrao, executive vice president and chief growth officer, Conagra Brands. “As we focus on growing our brands and business, DeLu will help accelerate our progress by partnering with our teams involved with insights, innovation and marketing strategies to create breakthrough programs.”

DeLu Jackson said, “Conagra Brands is transforming into a more contemporary company and with that comes opportunities to deploy more innovative marketing strategies for its brands. DeLu Jackson has over 20 years of marketing experience with well-known consumer brands. He was most recently vice president of digital acceleration for Kellogg Company and previously served as corporate vice president of global marketing at McDonald’s Corporation where he led marketing, social media and customer engagement. DeLu has also served in leadership roles in marketing for Nissan, Audi, Subaru and Ford. His consumer marketing experience spans all facets of integrated marketing, including print media, social media, digital activation, eCommerce and content production. Jackson earned his bachelor’s degree in Politics from Princeton University and an MBA in Marketing from New York University – Stern School of Business.
