The FINANCIAL — Cushman & Wakefield has been ranked the #1 Commercial Real Estate firm for Tenant Representation for the third straight year, as part of the 5th annual 2016 Best of The National Law Journal Readers Rankings Survey.
“Legal sector tenants have honored us with this award for three years, providing a solid endorsement of our platform and the depth of our expertise,” said Sherry Cushman, Executive Managing Director and Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group (LSAG). “Our industry-leading understanding of today’s law firms has clearly proven valuable in helping our clients make strategic decisions.”
Ms. Cushman attributes the firm’s growing roster of highly-satisfied legal sector clients to the renewed investment the firm has made in bringing-to-bear its full suite of global capabilities and service offerings in a way that resonates with today’s law firm decision-makers, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
“We work hard to be a trusted advisor and partner to our clients,” said Joe Stettinius, Chief Executive Americas for Cushman & Wakefield. “Receiving this award, and being selected by law firms from across the country is a wonderful confirmation that we’re achieving our goal.”
Cushman & Wakefield launched its proprietary National Legal Sector Benchmark Survey in 2013 to gain a better understanding of the key business, financial and operational drivers affecting the legal sector. In the past three years, the number of respondents has grown to nearly 600 law firm decision-makers from across the globe. Included as part of the 2014 National Legal Sector Benchmark Survey Results were the responses to its first-ever National Associate Survey of more than 200 young lawyers from U.S. firms of varied sizes. The results of the 2015 National Legal Sector Benchmark Survey will be published in May, and include insights from over 1,100 legal professionals, managing partners and associates.
