The FINANCIAL — On 31 March 2015, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Jalagania met Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Georgia H.E. Zulfiqur Rahman (with residence in Ankara), who is due to complete his term of office in April.
Talking points included bilateral and multilateral relations between Georgia and Bangladesh and prospects of future co-operation. H.E. Zulfiqur Rahman confirmed the readiness of his Government to actively develop partner relations with Georgia by conducting regular political consultations and setting up a joint economic commission. The sides underlined the existing vast potential for further enhancement of co-operation between the two countries.
David Jalagania thanked H.E. Zulfiqur Rahman for the contribution he has made in the process of deepening the relations between Georgia and Bangladesh and expressed the hope that partnership and fruitful co-operation between the two countries will successfully continue in the future, according to MFA Georgia.
David Jalagania wished the Ambassador every success in his future work.
