Media studies have shown just how much attention is paid to the activities of ministries and ministers. Despite summer being the quietest period, minister and ministry activity of is increasing.
It may sound surprising but in July alone, the TV and Press referred to ministers and ministries 3,003 times.
In the reported period the most active ministry was the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2,083 references), which was most active in television space. Second place was taken by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (1,789 references). In third place – the Ministry of Education (1,582), fourth – the Ministry of Economic Development (1,582) and fifth place – the Ministry of Health (1,047). Of course the rest of the agencies are also actively represented in the media.
