The FINANCIAL — VIENNA, 5 September 2011 – The Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, will address OSCE participating States on Wednesday, 7 September.
Tokayev will address a joint session of the Forum for Security Co-operation and Permanent Council to discuss UN-OSCE co-operation. The Permanent Council is a key decision-making body of the 56-country OSCE. It meets weekly in Vienna to discuss developments in the OSCE area and to make appropriate decisions.
