Based on the willingness of the team, a series of meetings – Smart Talks has been introduced in the company for more than a year. The aim of the project is to take care of employees and their emotional/physical health, personal development and raise awareness on various topics.
Smart Talks are held once a month in the office area, where prominent and socially interesting guest speakers share current and important topics with “Smart Capital” personnel.
Throughout the year, the company’s team had the opportunity of meeting Andro Dgebuadze, Dato Turashvili, Nata Meparishvili, Tika Rukhadze, Nino Margvelashvili, Tatia Turashvili to discuss with them such topics as teamwork, stress management, time management, the art of correct communication, emotional intelligence, etc.
Considering that corporate sustainability is an important value for “Smart Capital Group”, the company decided that the Smart Talk project should cover topics that correspond to the priority areas of sustainable development and social responsibility of the company, such as: caring for culture and art, environmental protection and waste management, gender equality, human rights and anti-discrimination, security and more. By discussing the mentioned topics, the employees of “Smart Capital Group” will be able to better understand and share values recognized by the company and become good ambassadors of social responsibility.
In addition to the mentioned, the investment group conducts a number of activities aimed at increasing the level of satisfaction among employees and team building, such as annual meetings, family outings and other incentives. In this direction, many more innovations are planned to be introduced in the company.
